Aiden is awesome. This young man is very knowledgeable in Kia Fortes I tell ya!! I was just at Casey Kia getting an oil change and was wondering about their buy back program. I saw my salesman from a previous car sale 3 years ago and he actually was promoted to another position. He intorduced me to Aiden and 2 weeks later, I have a 2023 Kia Forte!!! Aiden made sure to keep in touch with me to make sure everything went through smoothly. He took excellent care of me and make sure that I got what I needed and didn't make me feel stressed through the whole process. I met with Nick and all went well. Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and another hr waiting to find out this information. I had already spent 2 days explaining to the sales person that I did not want to waste my time going there if the deal would not be reached. Especially since I didn’t not want to put extra miles on current ride and waste a night after working a 10 hrs shift driving only for a deal not to be made. I was assured car was there and deal was reached but it was not and that was not cool. Horrible, horrible experience. Unprofessional sales team as sales rep was working 3 deals and 3 different desks and just all over the place. I went with a dealer out of state and got better service over the phone and documents were sent to me to fill out and send back. Do better.
