I drove from western branch to get my car serviced. The local dealership I normally use couldn't get me in until October, and since it had zero fans working for air I could not wait until then. I called Casey and they got me in right away. Turned out the blower motor was shot. Everything was covered under the Kia warranty so it didn't cost me anything. After having issues at other mechanic shops, I finally found a place that consistently does great work and has you in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend you switch your maintenance to this location. And my service advisor Ms Jackie definitely cares about her customers. This is the first time we considered purchasing a Kia. I was considering buying a Toyota Highlander Hybrid after a test drive, but my husband encouraged me to test drive the 2027 Telluride. Oh my! They said they would fill the car with gas - they didn't. They also said they were detailing the car. Found trash in the back seat. I wasn't told the plan I was promised to be in my price range was 7 years until I went to financing.

He was very thorough and skillful in explaining not only the features of the vehicle but the steps in the purchasing process. It was clear to us that he is a kind and genuine person, can you kind of and we very much appreciate how he put our welfare ahead of making a sale.
