It ripped my skid plate in half and ripped out my washer fluid line. I waited 3 hours for the dealership to open, and because I have worked as a Service writer for CDJR I am aware that Saturdays are Express Lane/Oil Changes only, yet they still helped me! He did not try to put me in another vehicle except the one I wanted. I drove off the lot with my brand new car and I am so happy with my purchase. We took our 2017 Soul in for a quick “once-over” prior to a road trip. We ended up having to replace some tie rod ends (afaik) and 2 tires. They also did an alignment. My only issue is being told our fuel system/injectors needed a flush when the entire engine is brand new, due to being replaced at our expense. It doesn’t seem that they reset anything mileage-wise in our vehicle’s profile after they replaced the engine. I’m salty that Kia is refusing to honor the terms of the engine settlement.
