This is the first time we considered purchasing a Kia. I was considering buying a Toyota Highlander Hybrid after a test drive, but my husband encouraged me to test drive the 2027 Telluride. Oh my! They said they would fill the car with gas - they didn't. They also said they were detailing the car. Found trash in the back seat. I wasn't told the plan I was promised to be in my price range was 7 years until I went to financing.

Charles Archer was our sales person at the Kia dealership in Newport News, Virginia.We have usually found the experience of buying a new car a difficult and a stressful experience, but Charles made it much more pleasant and simple. He was very thorough and skillful in explaining not only the features of the vehicle but the steps in the purchasing process. It was clear to us that he is a kind and genuine person, can you kind of and we very much appreciate how he put our welfare ahead of making a sale.
Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and capable. My service advisor, mechanic and shuttle driver each did a great job. A MUCH better experience than I have had at other KIA service centers!
