Wonderful speedy service. I had an appointment in the afternoon and was unable to make it asked if you could come by early. They were able to squeeze me in told me it might take 3hrs, but they got me out in just over an hours

I initially visited the Used Car Casey Dealership in Newport News, VA to have my vehicle serviced. However, after remembering Mr. Archer from a previous experience, I had to see him. Thank God I did. He sold me a certified Kia Sportage, and I am ecstatic about itare His integrity and professionalism is above reproach. I have never closed on a huge purchase within a decent time frame in my life. Don't walk but run to Mr. Archer for a car sale. He's the best of the best!
Staff were all friendly and helpful, from the shuttle driver to the folks at the shop. Annual inspection, oil change, tire rotation, some repairs, all handled promptly and professionally. Car was super clean and is running just fine.

They have been courteous and kind, quick to fix my problems and never felt like they were trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, merely offer services that might be useful in tandem. The biggest tell that they are a reputable company that you can trust, is I came in with a concern about my headlights not working. Talked with Marcus, really nice guy, took care of us, had an issue with our cars weather stripping melting and he ordered everything we needed, we also decided to get tires from him as we were going to go else where but after talking it over we decided to go with Kia because Marcus was so helpful. Had a problem with the weather stripping after we left and I left a message with Marcus and he did return my call. He said he had it covered. Yes we will do business with Marcus and Kia again.
