The service and attention that I received at Casey Kia was totally beyond what I expected when purchasing my new Kia Sorento. The sales staff made it so simple and stress free. The staff assured me that I would be going home in a new Sorento, and I truly did. I knew previously that they had an outstanding maintenance department, but now I'm totally convince they are a top not organization from top to bottom.

I had a recall and I live about an hour 15 minutes away, so I was dreading going over there, but when I got there was Christine who helped me. She’s always so pleasant and tells me everything that I need to know what’s going on. I just truly truly felt like it was worth the drive to see her. She is the best one there I’ve had other people agreed .

First, do not hesitate to shop locally. Kaitlen has an exuberance for her customers that’s not easy to come by or hard to ignore. We found the Kia K5 spec I’d searched the web for, and she devised a deal I couldn't pass on! Her customer service is top-notch, from communicating and not selling false lies. Also, at 22, I may be young and not fully vetted, but with more experience buying cars, I wasn’t taken advantage of. Thank you, Kate! Oh the sales manager is very cool as well haha!

Would have gotten five if they had updated my mileage to current, every time i start my car it says I am 10,000 miles past my oil change date, just wish things like this didn't get overlooked.

Both issues that I have had thus far have been resolved as quickly and professionally as possible. The service team has been great in communicating with me about everything.

Outstanding Customer Service and Professionalism in the workplace !!

I called Kia to satisfy a recall on my vehicle, when I arrived and checked in , the technician noticed I had a past recall on my vehicle. Therefore, he asked would I like to satisfy that recall as well and I said yes. Afterwards, I assumed I would be there for a while because I now have 2 recalls to satisfy, but to my surprise , they completed the task very quickly. I was very Thankful for the updated service they performed and satisfied and I would recommend kia for any service needed.

Casey Kia Service was very polite and professional. They had me in and out for my 30 day service check in less than 30 minutes. When I asked about a technical issue with my Kia Sportage's Infotainment system, a service tech got me an answer very quickly. Great job to Marcus and the Service Team!

On 2 recent experiences, I have had the pleasure of working with Christine Allen. The first was a regular routine oil change, the latter a true emergency with no appointment at 0715 2 weeks ago. On both occasions, Christine laid out a realistic time frame that made me sigh! But it was upfront and honest and I appreciated it! On both occasions she was able to move me through Very Fast!!! Very efficient and effective!! Very no nonsense quality person!! This is why I will keep coming to Casey Kia for routine and necessary repairs.

Assumptions was almost the killer of a deal. I went in to Finish a purchase of a vehicle waited a total of almost 3 hours to sign papers. I assumed they would help me and they assumed I was service.

Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and another hr waiting to find out this information. I had already spent 2 days explaining to the sales person that I did not want to waste my time going there if the deal would not be reached. Especially since I didn’t not want to put extra miles on current ride and waste a night after working a 10 hrs shift driving only for a deal not to be made. WHY WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CASEY KIA We bought a car from Casey Kia in Newport News in 2023. It came with free oil changes and state inspections. Good perk but we would have gotten the car regardless. Recently it was time for an oil change. We set up a day and time. We arrived 15 minutes early and nearly 3 hours later they told us the car was ready. When we asked what took so long they said they were backed up with other cars. Three hours! I had a great experience with Orlando Vincent my salesman. He found the exact car I wanted. Unfortunately my car only came with one key. So before I finalized the sale I asked for an additional key. I purchased my car in October 2024, I’ve been given the run around by Nick and I still don’t have a second key. I am writing this review February 2025😡😡

The service department at Casey Kia is top notch and should be modeled by other businesses. Their service work is impeccable. Clayton, my service coordinator, is excellent at his job and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and walks me through each item that is to be performed on my Telluride beforehand so I know exactly what I'm being charged for. He checks in while I'm waiting, gives me updates and shares concerns if they arise. The staff in general is welcoming and friendly and the waiting room is comfortable and clean.

Had to bring car three times and one day rode back and fourth three times due to car being ready but Kia not receiving the payment from my warranty. Should not have sent driver for me if they had not had the payment yet, really waste of time while I was working

Took the vehicle in for broke clock spring and inspection, came back with outrageous estimate for stuff that didn't even need to be done. Rude service center never used it and won't be dumb enough to go back for more EVER again.
