We purchased the 2024 Kia Sportage from another dealership. It came with a Kia Warranty. Little did we know how much we would need that warranty. Upon driving it for about a month, the car would lock the brakes and would not move when in drive. (Winter-time and cold temps now.) I drove from western branch to get my car serviced. The local dealership I normally use couldn't get me in until October, and since it had zero fans working for air I could not wait until then. I highly recommend you switch your maintenance to this location. And my service advisor Ms Jackie definitely cares about her customers.
