I initially visited the Used Car Casey Dealership in Newport News, VA to have my vehicle serviced. However, after remembering Mr. Archer from a previous experience, I had to see him. Thank God I did. He sold me a certified Kia Sportage, and I am ecstatic about itare His integrity and professionalism is above reproach. I have never closed on a huge purchase within a decent time frame in my life. Don't walk but run to Mr. Archer for a car sale. He's the best of the best!

I have a 2017 Kia Sorento that I brought April of 2021.
I have a 2017 Kia Sorento that I brought April of 2021. This vehicles engine has gone out 3 times since I've had it. Each time they tell me it's a brand new engine and the engine goes out before 6 months of it supposedly being changed .I call to let them know and it's a 6 month wait. They just did this to me February of 2023 where I had to pay almost $2000 for everything that went wrong while my vehicle was sitting waiting to be serviced under warranty. I have reached out to the corporate per 1 of their own staff and in the midst of getting a lawyer because now my engine is out yet again after just getting it back in February not to mention they made me drive off the lot with a dead battery to where I had no choice but to go straight to another shop and pay more to have them change battery. The car radio nor lights would stay on because my battery completely died while in Casey Kias care. While waiting on servicing that turned out to supposedly be my fault . Multiple ppl Kias had my vehicle from Aug 2022-February 2023. They we having it towed between the VA Beach location , Newport News location and Chesapeake location. Engine went back out again July 2023.

I was desperately in need of an automobile. I am an 80 yr. old widow. With my age and credit history, I knew it would be difficult to get a car financed. Lucky for me! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted professionally. The super nice, very professional salesman CHARLES ARCHER came to my rescue, and within several hours, I drove off the lot with a used car. Everyone in the dealership was professional, yet very friendly. I'm grateful to each one who helped me. I would have liked to have purchased a new vehicle, but that was impossible. I know nothing of cars, except they need gas and oil changes, so I hope I got a good used car; time will tell.

Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. Upon arrival, the service writer was very grumpy and argumentative. I told her we were at the dealership for the 16,000 service. She argued that it was 15,000 mile service and I told her that I had taken a picture of the book. She then tried to sell service and parts that were not due at our current mileage. As we waited in the dealership, the noise level was beyond belief. There was loud music playing on top of a loud TV. I was very glad to leave after service was completed. I don’t have confidence in returning to the dealership.

Good luck trying to get anyone to return calls when you start having problems with your car ! My car was repaired by them and it didn’t fix the problem ! I called my service advisor, Ryan 5 times without a return call and the service manager, Ed Colton twice and no response ! Contacting Kia Corporate for assistance next ! Nothing but problems with this vehicle which was bought new at this dealership.

Service went down hill. Had to struggle to get my car taken care of. My 5th Kia from here. Might be last. Parts and Service Director called me and listened to my complaint and I feel he addressed my concerns and made it right. I appreciate the time he gave me.

I could ordered one myself and had it there by now… it’s so frustrating have to hear the same xxxx thing every time I call. Missed on on seeing my 97 yr old great grandmother for the holidays .
