Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and
Drove 90 minutes to find out car was not even there and another hr waiting to find out this information. I had already spent 2 days explaining to the sales person that I did not want to waste my time going there if the deal would not be reached. Especially since I didn’t not want to put extra miles on current ride and waste a night after working a 10 hrs shift driving only for a deal not to be made. I was assured car was there and deal was reached but it was not and that was not cool. Horrible, horrible experience. Unprofessional sales team as sales rep was working 3 deals and 3 different desks and just all over the place. I went with a dealer out of state and got better service over the phone and documents were sent to me to fill out and send back. Do better.

Aiden is awesome. This young man is very knowledgeable in Kia Fortes I tell ya!! I was just at Casey Kia getting an oil change and was wondering about their buy back program. I saw my salesman from a previous car sale 3 years ago and he actually was promoted to another position. He intorduced me to Aiden and 2 weeks later, I have a 2023 Kia Forte!!! Aiden made sure to keep in touch with me to make sure everything went through smoothly. He took excellent care of me and make sure that I got what I needed and didn't make me feel stressed through the whole process. I met with Nick and all went well.
